Of the five superheroes in the movie - The Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman, Superman, and Wonder Woman - only Batman does not have a superpower. His lack of special superhuman abilities did not stop him from being a superhero because he chose to be one (Hina, 2013).
Batman uses Expertise as a power source. This Expertise allows him to use his "strength of mind and character" (Spohn, 2017) to make the right call and to delegate who is the best superhero to save the day.
The Flash's leadership power source is Legitimacy. The Flash's ability in the science of Speed Force (in the DC Universe, this is a real thing) and being the fastest man alive gives him this legitimacy.
